EPR Plastic Waste Certificate Validity

As per the Plastic Waste Management Rules 2016 and further Amendment Rules available on the online portal, the Plastic Waste EPR Registration is valid for 5 year. As per the Plastic-Waste Management Rules 2022 and subsequent Amendment Rules, the Plastic-Waste certificate is granted for a period of 1 Year.
Once the plastic waste certificate has been renewed, it is valid for 5 years.
